For online purchases, Forever After accepts merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.
The returned merchandise must have a post mark within the 30 days from date of delivery to Forever After. Forever After doesn't provide return shipping labels, and all shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client's responsibility. The address for return is on your invoice included with your package.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or damaged will not be accepted. If the shipped product had a label, returns will only be honored if the label remains intact.
Forever After reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that doesn't meet the above return requirements based on Forever After's sole discretion. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon the processing of your return. Shipping charges incurred at time of purchase are non-refundable.
If you purchased an item on sale, that purchase is deemed final and non-returnable.

How long until I receive my refund?
Merchandise returned to Forever After will be processed, and upon revision a confirmation email will be sent to your account. Refunds may only be issued in the form of payment that was utilized for the purchase. For Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, we will reimburse the card used.
